Last night we took part in a splendid classical music concert by a young pianist Govind Dhiman’s at the legendary venue – Ognisko Polskie in Kensington, London.
Govind Dhiman studied piano in London Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance.
He has performed at distinguished venues including the Wigmore Hall, the A.B. Michelangeli Hall in Bolzano and the European Academy for Music and Performing Arts in Motepulciano. He began learning the piano aged 7 before being awarded a music scholarship at Ashford School in 2011. In 2017 Govind was awarded the David Gosling Piano Scholarship to study at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London. After completing his undergraduate degree in 2021, he began working towards his master’s degree.

Musical Moments is hosted by Ognisko Polskie (Polish Hearth) in conjunction with Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance, and follows the same format each time.
This time Ognisko was already beautifully decorated boasting a beautiful huge Christmas tree standing by the grand staircase of this amazing Victorian building, which added to a Christmas atmosphere.

Wzięliśmy udział w wspaniałym koncercie muzyki klasycznej w legendarnym miejscu – Ognisku Polskim na Kensington w Londynie.
Wczoraj wieczorem wzięliśmy udział w wspaniałym koncercie muzyki klasycznej pianisty Govinda Dhimana w legendarnym miejscu – Ognisku Polskiem na Kensington w Londynie.
Govind Dhiman studiował grę w klasie fortepianu w London Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance w Londynie.
Występował w renomowanych miejscach, w tym w Wigmore Hall, A.B. Michelangeli Hall w Bolzano i European Academy for Music and Performing Arts w Motepulciano.
Zaczął uczyć się gry na fortepianie w wieku 7 lat, zanim otrzymał stypendium muzyczne w Ashford School w 2011 roku. W 2017 roku Govind otrzymał stypendium Davida Goslinga na studia w Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance w Londynie.
Po ukończeniu studiów licencjackich w 2021 roku rozpoczął pracę nad uzyskaniem tytułu magistra.

Organizatorem Musical Moments jest Ognisko Polskie we współpracy z Konserwatorium Muzyki i Tańca Trinity Laban i za każdym razem odbywa się w tym samym formacie.
Tym razem Ognisko było już pięknie udekorowane, a przy wielkich schodach tego niesamowitego wiktoriańskiego budynku stała piękna, ogromna choinka, co dodało świątecznej atmosfery.
