Otrzymaliśmy zaproszenie na wernisaż wystawy „TADEUSZ LESISZ. WBREW SCHEMATOM”, który odbędzie się w Muzeum Marynarki Wojennej w dn. 16 Stycznia, 2025 – a będzie on połączony z wykładem na temat osiągnięć Tadeusza Lesisza w dziedzinie architektury.
Sama wystawa, która jest bardzo ciekawa, będzie dostępna tylko do 19go stycznia wiec zapraszamy w imieniu organizatorów – jest to ostatnia szansa aby ją zobaczyć!

Komandor Tadeusz Lesisz to Oficer Polskiej Marynarki Wojennej, architekt i członek Królewskiego Instytutu Architektów Brytyjskich. Człowiek, który ułożył swoje życie przeciw schematom.
O wystawie możemy przeczytać również stronach Muzeum:
„Opowieść o losach Tadeusza Lesisza rozgrywająca się na kilku płaszczyznach. Prowadzi nas przez kolejne etapy jego życia, stylistyka kojarzona ze sobą z architekturą, jak i rodzinne albumem.
Rozpoczyna się na brytyjskiej ziemi, w progach niezwykłego domu w Manchesterze, zwanego „ambasadą polskości”. Znajdują się tu także pamiątki z minionego świata, odniesienia do przedwojennych, ale także dramatycznych losów rodziny Lesiszów czsu wojny. Oprócz tego wystąpiło płaszcza marki „Dior” i wysmakowanej koktajlowej składniki pochodzą tam Order Wojenny Virtuti Militari symbolizujący bohaterską i tragiczną historię braci Tadeusza, zamordowanych przez Niemców i Sowietów.
Po chwili przenosimy się na morze, pokłady okrętów. Tadeusz Lesisz jako młody podchorąży Marynarki Wojennej zwiedzał świat na ORP Iskra. Na morskich frontach II wojny wyrastającej na dzielnego oficera, walczy w głównych operacjach alianckich, za co otrzymuje szereg odznaczeń. Wraz z nim przeżyjemy tragiczny w skutkach ataku niemieckiej żywej torpedy na ORP Dragon w Normandii”.

We have received an invitation to the opening of the exhibition “TADEUSZ LESISZ. AGAINST THE SCHEMATICS”, which will take place at the Polish Navy Museum on 16th January, 2025 – and it will be combined with a lecture on the achievements of Tadeusz Lesisz in the field of architecture.
The exhibition itself will be available only until 19th January, so we invite you on behalf of the organisers – this is the last chance to see it! Commander Lesisz is an officer of the Polish Navy, an architect and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. A man who arranged his life against the schemes.

“The story of Tadeusz Lesisz’s fate played out on several levels. It leads us through the successive stages of his life, a style associated with both architecture and a family album.
It begins on British soil, at the threshold of an extraordinary house in Manchester, called the “embassy of Polishness”. There are also mementos from the past world, references to the pre-war, but also dramatic fates of the Lesisz family during the war. In addition, there is a coat by the “Dior” brand and a tasteful cocktail, the ingredients of which come from there, the War Order of Virtuti Militari, symbolizing the heroic and tragic story of Tadeusz’s brothers, murdered by the Germans and Soviets.
After a while, we move to the sea, to the decks of ships. Tadeusz Lesisz, as a young Navy cadet, traveled the world on the ORP Iskra. On the sea fronts of World War II, growing into a brave officer, he fights in the main Allied operations, for which he receives a number of decorations. Together with him we will experience the tragic consequences of the attack by a German human torpedo on the ORP Dragon in Normandy.”
