We wtorek, 13 stycznia, Prezydent RP rozpocznie oficjalną część wizyty politycznej w Londynie. O godz. 11.15 nastąpi powitanie Prezydenta RP przez Premiera Wielkiej Brytanii przed siedzibą rządu przy 10 Downing Street.

Następnie Prezydent Karol Nawrocki spotka się z Premierem Wielkiej Brytanii w formule rozmowy dwustronnej oraz podczas spotkania plenarnego, któremu obaj przywódcy będą przewodniczyć. Rozmowy dotyczyć będą m.in. relacji polsko-brytyjskich, współpracy w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa, sytuacji międzynarodowej oraz roli Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej w obliczu współczesnych zagrożeń.

Po zakończeniu rozmów Prezydent RP wygłosi wypowiedź dla polskich mediów.

Hołd polskim lotnikom

Ważnym i symbolicznym momentem wizyty będzie ceremonia złożenia wieńca pod Pomnikiem Lotników Polskich (Polish Air Force Memorial) o godz. 13.05. To miejsce szczególnie ważne dla polskiej pamięci narodowej w Wielkiej Brytanii – upamiętnia polskich lotników, którzy walczyli u boku aliantów podczas II wojny światowej, w tym w Bitwie o Anglię.

Karol Nawrocki, historyk i były prezes Instytutu Pamięci Narodowej, od lat konsekwentnie podkreśla znaczenie prawdy historycznej, pamięci narodowej oraz godnego upamiętnienia ofiar totalitaryzmów. On January 12-13, 2026, the President of the Republic of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, will pay a working visit to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The program includes a meeting with representatives of the Polish diaspora, talks with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and historical and symbolic ceremonies.

Meeting with the Polish Diaspora and Award Ceremony

The first item on the agenda will be a meeting between the President of the Republic of Poland and representatives of the Polish diaspora, which will take place on Monday, January 12, at 7:30 PM at the National Army Museum in London. During the ceremony, President Karol Nawrocki will award state decorations to individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the Republic of Poland and the Polish community abroad.

The President of the Republic of Poland is also scheduled to address Poles living in the United Kingdom. The event will be attended by accredited media.

On Tuesday, January 13, the President of the Republic of Poland will begin the official part of his political visit to London. At 11:15 AM, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom will welcome the President of the Republic of Poland in front of the government headquarters at 10 Downing Street.

President Karol Nawrocki will then meet with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in a bilateral meeting and during a plenary meeting, chaired by both leaders. Discussions will focus on topics including Polish-British relations, security cooperation, the international situation, and the role of Central and Eastern Europe in the face of contemporary threats.

Following the talks, the President of the Republic of Poland will address the Polish media.

Tribute to Polish Airmen

A significant and symbolic moment of the visit will be the wreath-laying ceremony at the Polish Air Force Memorial at 1:05 PM. This site is particularly important for Polish national memory in the UK – it commemorates Polish pilots who fought alongside the Allies during World War II, including the Battle of Britain.
