Polish Jazz Festival London will return to the capital from 11 to 27 September 2026, bringing the vitality, diversity and international stature of Poland’s contemporary jazz scene to some of London’s most prestigious concert venues. Following the success of its inaugural sold-out edition in 2025, the festival will present an expanded programme featuring leading Polish artists, influential established figures and a new generation of musicians shaping the future of European jazz.

Taking place over more than two weeks, the festival will welcome audiences to Cadogan Hall, Union Chapel and Kings Place. Its programme will showcase the remarkable breadth of Poland’s jazz tradition, bringing together acclaimed ensembles and vocalists with ambitious projects that explore the connections between jazz, folk, classical and experimental music.

Festival Programme

11 September, Cadogan Hall

The festival will open with a gala concert featuring EABS, Wojtek Mazolewski Quintet and acclaimed vocalist Anna Maria Jopek. The evening will set the tone for a festival defined by artistic ambition, stylistic diversity and the distinctive creative energy of Poland’s jazz scene.

12 September, Cadogan Hall

Kayah will present her “Jazzayah” project, followed by a performance from internationally renowned vocalist Urszula Dudziak. Together, the artists will highlight the expressive range of Polish jazz, from innovative reinterpretation to virtuosic vocal performance.

13 September, Union Chapel

The “Warsaw Jazz Takeover” will bring the distinctive sound and creative spirit of Poland’s capital to London audiences through performances by Marcin Masecki Trio, HVMBLE and Warsaw Village Band. The programme will explore the dynamic relationship between contemporary jazz, urban culture and Polish folk traditions.

26 September, Cadogan Hall

The programme will feature “Chopin Residue”, a collaborative project with Adrian Utley, John Stanier and Sean O’Hagan, joined by special guest Leszek Możdżer. The evening will continue with “An Evening with Komeda”, a dedicated performance by Możdżer celebrating the music and enduring legacy of Krzysztof Komeda, one of the defining figures in Polish jazz.

27 September, Kings Place

The festival will conclude with a performance by Kosmonauci, one of the most compelling emerging groups representing the younger generation of Polish artists. Their appearance will underline the festival’s commitment to presenting new voices and supporting the next chapter of Poland’s internationally recognised jazz tradition.

Polish Jazz Festival London is more than a series of concerts. It is a major platform for Polish culture and contemporary musical creativity, connecting artists with audiences across London while presenting the originality, diversity and continuing relevance of Poland’s jazz tradition to an international audience. The festival is supported by the Polish Cultural Institute in London, the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, the Polish Tourism Organisation and the Warsaw Tourism Organisation.
